Beta V2.0.1 and V2.0.2

The access to beta versions is currently a bit obscured. We are working on that to improve it.
They can be located through the small link [other downloads] http://webgrabplus.com/download/sw on the right side of the V2.0 download window.
Currently we have beta V2.0.1 and V2.0.2. The main additions/improvements of them:

  1. V2.0.1 solves a small problem when a time value of 24:00 is found. (.net time classes do not allow this time value and throws an exception). In this beta it is automatically replaced by 00:00 'the next day'.
  2. V2.0.2 adds header and element expansion to preload url's and also improves the automatic redirection handling of the grab engine.
    The preload url can be specified in the classic way directly in the url_index like :

    url_index{url(preload="http://www.csfd.cz/televize/?day=|urldate|&do=stationSelectForm-submit")|http://www.csfd.cz/televize/?day=|urldate|#move-to-station-0}

    or as a separate specification like:

    url_index{url()|http://www.csfd.cz/televize/?day=|urldate|#move-to-station-0}
    url_preload {url()|http://www.csfd.cz/televize/?day=|urldate|&do=stationSelectForm-submit}

    The preload url accepts the same headers as the other url's, and specified by url_preload.headers , as example:

    url_preload.headers {method=POST|allowautoredirect=false}
    url_preload.headers {customheader=Accept-Encoding=gzip,deflate}
    url_preload.headers {postdata=station0='channel'&station1=&station2=&station3=&station4=&stationNew=}

    This preload option is used in the Czech siteini csfd.cz.ini

Hi Jan,

Using Webgrab 2.0.2 and seeing the above error for a lot of sites. e.g. using the following lines:

TSN5

OSN WWE Network

OSN WWE Network

WWE

It's happening in so many sites that I'm sure it isn't ini related. This is NOT an issue in version 2.0

Thank you!

Which error? But I can guess, there is a tiny bug in the robots section of the program in V202 beta. If the program doesn't find a robots file of that site in the robots folder it starts a download and will crash. If you are handy enough you can temporary add a dummy robots file for that site in the folder.
I will come with a fix in 203 soon!
Jan
