trying to install but getting error saying error in config file..i cant take picture as the black screen goes off too quick.

So look and/or upload

think i uploaded it correctly
Well, it's what the logging says.
Some XML tags are nog correctly closed. Check it in your config file, or if you don't find the issue, upload it.
so isnt this an installation error as i was installing the program.think i better read the installation guides again. ya can tell i aint had much sleep.

Well, if you just fresh installed the base version and the update, than this is an installation error.
If you just updated to the new V1.57 version, I don't know yet. Just send your config file and we will see further from that.
yes fresh install and have now installed correctly.think i followed the guide correctly then just got this error
And can you upload
i opened the config.xml deleted what was inside then entered in what is in the file i have now uploaded..i then put the ini file into programdata/servercare/webgrab so it was in with the rest of the config setting files..then i went back to desktop shortcut to run the webgrabber+.

Ok, you should read
http://www.webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/howto
before deleting the full content of the config file.
Just start from that example and remove the single dummy line and replace it with the channel lines you want.
think i getting a bit further..followed the guide and just had these errrors. have uploaded the config file so hopefully that is now correct..uploaded error file as i downloaded your dummy file and got this error.

Probably the guide.xml went corrupt during your previous attempts.
Just delete
and check if it works then.
deleted guide ran web+ again and think it done it correct now.have uploaded new guide..
if this is correct then for channels i add channels same as i did the dummy file then place the ini file in the programdata/servercare/webgrag
will this guide.xml then autoupdate after the 7day guide end or do i then have to do a new guide every 7 days
if guide isnt for 7 days then can i change it to seven day guide
