Hello. I'm having the same issue. I'm using an IP address from South America (Chile). In fact I can navigate on directv.com.ar and see the TV guide with no issues but the .ini is failing to grab the content. By the way directv.com.ar is the only one I'm having issues. directv.com.cl, directv.com.co and directv.com.pe works with no issues.
directv.com.ar has been fixed.
sent it to mat8861 to add to git/sinteini.pack

Taking advantage of the thread of DirecTV Argentina, could you please review the one of DirecTV Uruguay, it has the small problem that in some TV programs it captures 2 identical titles, one in English and the other in Spanish, this sometimes causes some app not to know what title take and sometimes the title appears empty within these channels where the title is repeated, it seems to me that the same thing happened in DIRECTV Argentina.
