Premiere tag

For those in need by Kodi,MCE or other software that needs the XMLTV tag "premiere" it is now working, see (version 3.4.1.1) here https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/blob/master/eval... , if someone needs the tag in siteini, as we cannot revise all of them, kindly requeste to post for siteini update.
Tag is the standard XMLTV and will show as attached guide.
