two reason cause that error:
1. you did not run force license update (when it change you need to reun force license update, see FAQ)
2. you copied/transferred siteini in the wrong way. If you use winscp use tranfer mode binary or as sample you download into linux with the command :
wget -O cinemagia.ro.E.ini https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/blob/master/site...
Of course if you use another siteini you need to change name and path.
hi i will try winscp and my license i try so many ways and cant get it to pass verification.

remove the characters before and after license line....the way you have is disabled. See example here

first time run as attached picture, in text a sample
Also disable run=y rex....later you can re-enable if you need to modify something
i did it as the sample and the picture and i get error
