read the error,its explains itself,webgrab cannot find the ini.
btw these are not mexico channels,they are usa(ft lauderdale,fl area).
you can find most of them using zap2it and 33401 and select comcast digital.
thanks, fixed, it was wrongly renamed with the word ini as the name, instead of just the file extension
