I tried everything, local time, UTC time etc., but the schedule I get is completely different to the schedule published at https://www.dw.com/de/media-center/live-tv/s-100817?channel=3.
On the website no schedule "Due to extensive changes to DW's TV programming. The schedule shown here is, unfortunately, no longer up-to-date. Please use our live stream for information or download the most current weekly preview for your region.
On the live site there is schedule only for today, so the best is grab it from other sites.

Well, IMHO it doesn't make sense as they are still offering the schedule e.g. at https://www.dw.com/en/dw-english-weekly-program-guide/a-6703019, using a pdf document. So why don't they use the same information to create an entry on the website?
can't answer that. May be they are doing some changes and put it offline. Let's wait and see what happens.
