Foxtel Aus has just started timing out. I have revision 6 of the ini and am using the latest Beta of WG+
The site appears to be online OK and I've tried a few regions with the same results - anyone know of a fix or updated ini?

don't need to donate, you already a "donator". Your New Year gift here: http://www.webgrabplus.com/forums/ocean
Just tried that new ini and it times out here

Hi,
thanks,
I have added decryptkey site="foxtel.com.au">
above retry in the config file but generate and error "invalid sub-element"
Not sure where I should put that line.
Thanks.
will see if I can get Big Screen EPG to load it into Windows Media Center...
Please do not post userkey. You need to add it to your webgrabconfig
http://www.webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/webgrabconfigxml
Check your user agent and update it.
What do you suggest, I'm currently using - Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0
i am using for windows
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.88 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.18362
for linux
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/72.0.3626.121 Chrome/72.0.3626.121 Safari/537.36
Thanks, that is downloading from Foxtel
Could you post / share a working ini?
There is already a working ini in the donator section (Australia foxtel.com.au.EK)
Just make sure your user-agent is set to one of these in your config...

Hi
Trying the donator one, but get timeouts...
Downloaded 2.1.11 beta and using the user-agent above and added the userkey.
Still I get this:
[ Debug ] Running on: Unix 3.13.0.86
[ Debug ] Environment: 4.0.30319.42000
[ Debug ] Mono version: 5.18.0.225 (tarball Wed Jan 2 21:25:26 UTC 2019)

... and so on...
Do this EK version require a cookie?
No cookie...if you get timeout try retry time-out="60" or more.Checked siteini works fine.
Same.... just longer duration
Group (0) :
update requested for - 1 - out of - 1 - channels for 7 day(s)

error downloading page: The operation has timed out. (120sec)
Retry 2 of 6 times
As you can see from the log works fine, only thing I can say is try an updated user agent like :
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.88 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.18362
for the rest should all work ok.
Running Linux/Ubuntu 16LTS and already trying proposed user agent like:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/72.0.3626.121 Chrome/72.0.3626.121 Safari/537.36
Still issues...
don't know what to tell you here my mono :
ubuntu@ubuntu:~/Scrivania/.wg++$ mono -V
Mono JIT compiler version 6.6.0.161 (tarball Tue Dec 10 10:36:32 UTC 2019)
Copyright (C) 2002-2014 Novell, Inc, Xamarin Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com
Attached my config, so you may want to try....if works for me should work for you too. Just change decrypt key,
Hmm....
First I upgraded Ubuntu.
Then I upgraded Mono from 5 till 6.8
Still issues.
Then I tried changing user agent from:
Linux: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/72.0.3626.121 Chrome/72.0.3626.121 Safari/537.36
To Windows: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.88 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.18362
This made it work... go figure :O
Didn’t connect to use the Windows user agent in Ubuntu environment, but it did the trick… :)
Still timing out for me strangely with the following xml info
m nMozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.88 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.18362 Firefox/71.0on

you can try my config (change path and add key) then if it doesn't work could be dns problem
I did copy over your webgrab config file, but still the same error for me
Same error as well on my server (Ubuntu 16.04, Mono 6x)
This is strange...
So to get this I become a donator, and then in the donator area the encrypt key for ek.foxtel.com.au is in there right?
Cheers,
Divxmaster
Correct minimum donation is 5 euro and last 1 year
donated! now I have to work out how to configure it, but I'm sure I'll work it out.
cheers,
divxmaster
Pretty easy, you can have a look here http://webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/webgrabconfigxml or the documented siteini included in the installation pack. The new version requires a license with password in the configuration file, you can request it here : http://www.webgrabplus.com/node/4292#comment-19814

Thanks, I now have this working.
Note to anyone else trying to get it to work, I was running version 2.1.5 initially, it doesnt work with this version and I had to upgrade to 3.0
Cheers,
Divxmaster
Foxtel seems to be broken on V3.0.1 and V3.0.2. If I use 3.0 it works fine.
If I use the beta versions it just timeouts.
updated foxtel.com.au to rev.9 with new settings (use new channel list, logo has been added)
May be a silly question but where is revision 9, I can only find revision 8
EDIT - Found it in the Git
Im getting unable to decrypt error and skipped -->encrypted site ini
I have webgrab v3 build 3
license & site decrypt in my webgrab
Thanks , Working in the beta docker now.
