[request] tvdoday.de stopped working

I. TVToday.de
The good message: tvtoday.de.ini is completely working in its current revision. (Rev. 18 as per [25/10/2018]
The bad message: you have to reconfigure your channel's list in your WebGrab++.config.xml file

First: TESTER NEEDED TO CONFIRM PLS
TVToday changed the overview pages to a numbering system. So the "ID" on the overview page now is different from the actual station ID. In the overview this is a zero-based list (which actually represents the sequence of the stations in their default overview) from which the actual (old) station ID's are called.

Find SOME of the new tvtoday.de.channels.xml as attachment to this post. I will update GIT (including a short guide in the XML how to find out about additional ID's) when I get confirmation.

II. m.TVToday.de
m.tvtoday.de has in its current version one issue and two disadvantages:
- Issue: The title is not recognized correctly: prodcution info, genre and (incorrect) Season/Episode number is added to the (sub-)title, this causes in some systems confusion
- Disadvantages:
- The once strength of m.tvtoday.de was its speed - this is lost
- Not many days can be grabbed in the future (limited offer of mobile website)
My personal conclusion: this m.tvtoday.de.ini can be eliminated
ATTENTION: channel definitions in m.tvtoday.de use UNCHANGED (old) definitions, not yet anymore like TVToday.de

Seen that the log entry uses tvtoday.de but your attachments are m.tvtoday.de - mismatch in your config?
