CANALPLUS.COM is not working. I’m getting a 403 error when attempting to grab data. I have a french residential IP.

Is this a vps? We noticed vps are having tons of problems. Also the attached zip is corrupted anyway the siteini version is correct. I guess you also you using the config sample in misc folder, are you?
It's not a VPS ! It's my computer at home connected to my Orange France provider (IP residential).
I joined a new archive zip file, attached to this message :)
please replace config with https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/blob/master/site... then add your license and channels
OK, i downloaded the files from your url, i replace with my credentials (user, pass, email) and put one channel (6TER) from canalplus.com.
Same error, nothing change :s

You are right, although it is working fine on windows, on ubuntu returns 403, very strange...will try to find out why.
Oh ! I d'ont have try on Windows system... I run all my tools on my Linux OS .

Ok I guess canalplus servers don't like windows user-agent coming from linux so i changed in config to :
<user-agent>Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:147.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/147.0</user-agent>
and works fine.

set time span 6 or less, do not use timespan 7 as my log ( i was checking a 14 days site and forgot to change)

It might well be that your ip is banned, eventually try in few days
same issue here is not a ban ip is just working in windows with user agent posted above but in ubuntu no way

I grab all day with my french residential IP (Orange) :)
