WG+ 2.1 - DST correction - problem with switch between summer and winter time

Hi,

I have a problem with the switch between summer and winter time.
I use WG+ 2.1 on Windows 10 Pro x64.
timezone: Europe/Paris
site.ini: tvmovie.de.ini
grab timespan: 15 days

The time switch happens 27.10. 3am to 2am.

In the guide.xml I have now channels which work correct, you can see the offset is switching from +0200 to +0100:

Quote:

programme start="20191027024500 +0200" stop="20191027043500 +0100" channel="Das Erste"

For the example channel in this case "Das Erste" (site_id="ard") all programs after this time stamp have the correct offset +0100.

But other channels don't work at all, example:

programme start="20191027023000 +0200" stop="20191027035500 +0200" channel="RTL II"

Here you see it for the channel "RTL II" (site_id="rtl-ii"), the offset stays at +0200, and all programs after that time have also +0200.

I already deleted the guide.xml and grabbed it completely again. I also tested it on my old Win 7 system with WG+ 1.1.1.
But always the same problem.
