can you visit site and view epg from same pc,if on linux headless try ping it via command line.
webgrab config useragent?
to get a updated useragent use your web browser and google whats my useragent.
it will show the useragent your web browser uses.
upload log and config(remove user login info) if checking above and still doesnt work.

and thats your problem,i get error with 3.3 also.
u prob will have to update to V5.x
it uses a newer updated grab engine.

Hi, I'm using the old version. Is it possible to grab programme-tv.net with v2 or v3? I'm trying to write the ini myself (since the ini is encrypted in iniPack)
I have added all the Headers I see in Header Requests (and even Response Headers), but WebGrab is giving me no no index page data received. Any help is appreciated.

did you see the remarks in the ini?

V2 and V3 use old http request methods.
Yes, v5 works but has limitations of 250 channels for free license even for those site INIs we write ourselves. Also, it doesn't grab subtitle and showicon...
