I wish to inform that Hong Kong myTV Super all channels program blocks come with timezone -0400.
While other channels on Hong Kong HoyTV carry correct time zone +0800.

it may contain special instructions.
in this case it tell you to set the timezone to your local timezone(timezone of pc running webgrab) and has language setting instructions.
so if you are in the hong kong timezone then set timezone=Asia/Hong_Kong on the site {xxx} line.
if you dont know what to put for the timezone setting the use..
timezone=?
run webgrab,it will crash with a error.
check your webgrab++log.txt and you will see a list of valid timezone settings.
its best to use a regional setting like the above example(Asia/Hong_Kong) instead of the UTC offset like UTC+08:00
this is a case sensitive setting so its best to copy/paste it.
btw the reason is this.
never assume anything.
epg data can be in one of 3 timezones.
1. timezone of the site
2. timezone of the user
3. UTC
in this case the site returns the epg data in the timezone of the user so thats why you need to set the timezone to the same timezone of the pc running webgrab.
your seeing UTC-0400 because of whoever last updated the file set it to their timezone.
thats was me and thats my local timezone.

I found it, site {url=mytvsuper.com|timezone=America/Halifax, in "C... \configurations\HongKongTV\siteini.user"
which I amended it to timezone=Asia/Hong_Kong, now working perfectlly.

Once several XMLs are fetched into my PC local folder, I would run a js script to combine, some handling to proper and valid EPG XML, which is shared among my family.
Here I attach the web view EPG. It is confirmed align with official TV channel EPG site.
