i am getting the same error on a lot of channels using tvtv.ca
Same error if i use gracenote.com as well

it explains itself.
your grabbing data too fast and the site is blocking you.
slow down grabbing increasing the delays in the ini file on the site {xxx} line.
increase the show-delay first by 1,if you still get blocked raise it again.
i wouldnt go any higher than 3
after that increase the index-delay by one,until u get to 3.
if still blocked only one left is channel-delay,do the same thing.
its usually the show-delay that triggers the block.
