Problem when i try between config maker run or only schedule run command

Hello friends, a few days ago I changed the option in the config maker settings from incremental to channel list. I did this to update my vendor files. Then I restored the incremental setting and saved it. When I click run through config maker, I am able to update the broadcast schedule. However, when my task manager is set to run the schedule automatically every day using the run command, the schedule does not pull but rather a channel list. I am again submitting that the setting in the config maker software is incremental and only through the run command. This problem exists if I run it manually through config maker. The process is performed correctly. My question is, how do I fix this? Secondly, why does this happen? If I run the run configuration command through config maker or through the task manager, it is a command line. So why does it grab the broadcast schedule once and then execute a channel list the second time? I would appreciate an explanation and help. Thank you.
