I've donated $15 on the 14th and have yet to receive the donator title/forum badge. I used the "Contact feature" yesterday morning to see if maybe I missed a detail. I did include my username in the donation comments.
Just posting this here incase there's something else I need to do or maybe an admin can help.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the app that manage donations and only the author (Jan) has access to the database. Staff access has been blocked to prevent data corruption. We hope he will fix it soon, as this is creating lots of problem. Only option for now is contact him.
