But I donated 5 euros, which was the basis for obtaining the license.
when you donate license activation is not instant.
it can take 2-4 hrs.
there are many posts on why.
try again as i see you now have donator status(you have the piggy bank badge) beside your username.
Please next time attach log as text, forum cuts tag and becomes non-readable
same issue here, but I only donated very recently. Semi posting this to see if I have the piggy icon :P

this should say "donator_license"
check your license line and make sure the data is correct and try a force license update,see the FAQ
webgrab thinks your donation expired,why is shows only "donator"
as a donator V3 encrypted files cant be used,thats why they show skipped.
you need it to show "donator_license" for V3 encrypted files to work.
you also may need to update to V5.5.3
you will have to wait for a reply from the webgrab people.
