I would like to suggest to add telepro.be to the existing Belgian site ini's.
It should be easy to create. The template is telecablesat.fr.
Most of the channels are the same but there are some additions on both sides as some channels are only of interest for Belgium or France.
As an example, these are the links for France 2's afternoon program :

https://tv.telepro.be/chaine/4/france-2.html?date=2020-04-18&period=noon
The content is the same. The images are the same. Maybe a 5-minute job.
Unfortunately, I can't give it a try myself as telecablesat.fr is encrypted.

your assumption is incorrect, not the exaclty the same, so it will be 10 minute.
