we have a problem grabbing from DirectTV site for USA channels we did the cookie thing but it gives this error when running the grabber

[Warning ] error downloading page: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
[Warning ] pausing 1 of 4 times for 5 seconds before re-try.
how can i fix this issue i could not find anything in the forum posts about this

I've run into the same issue on a Windows computer and installed .Net 4.7 & .Net4.7.1 to no avail.
Are there any other suggestions?
Anyone? I've been having the SSL problem and have tried the beta version and the .Net Framework package.
Tried second computer with no avail.
