Here the material as I have it partly ready. I will come back with more details later today.

Hi, I have been trying to create a new ini file, but i keep getting time parsing error.
index_start.scrub {single|"startdatetime":"||","|enddatetime}
index_start.modify{calcuate(format=time, HH:mm)}
The error in the logs is as follows:
time parsing error : String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
start time scrubbed : 1403193600
computer date/time format: 6/19/2014 2:30:40 PM
execution stopped
 
I tried the same method for another website it worked fine.
Can someone help me out by telling were I am going wrong.

OK, I am starting to work on updating the Greek channels data.
 
(a) First of all there are some inis that are no longer valid, because the channels ceased to exist!!
Channel 902 was sold, so there is no site and program.
Channel Sunny was merged with sbc and removed its website.
 
(b) The state-run channels ET1, NET and ET3 were stopped by the government last year, and now they are starting to operate their replacements as NERIT 1 and NERIT 2. However, NERIT 2 is only rumored at the moment, and they say that a NERITsports channel will be operational during the Soccer World Cup. Everything is fluid with them.
Also Nova and OTE satellite providers changed some of their offered channels (mostly additions).
So, all other sites have changes in their channel lineup. I will be uploading the new channels xml when I finish and test them.
 
(c) Nova has changed slightly its source page, so I will try to update the siteini. I have some problems there with index_variable_element, but I think I will resolve them...
 
(d) OTE now has a program page, and by investigating the source I found out that it is in JSON format, and the resulting XML is a lot like XMLTV. But, what is the best way of dealing with it? Should I try to scrub it from JSON, or could I convert it to XML? And if I convert it, should I scrub or can I make an XML transformation (not that I don't know a lot about XML transformations, never used it before...)

I'm attempting to create a ini file for tivu.tv for the very first time, but the website works slightly different than the usual and I find hard to understand few things from the documentation.

First of all the website doesn't have a channel page for the entire week but just for one day. The entire week for all channels is on the index page without a day separation but all in one stream. The channels are separated from each other by a <div id= section. Inside this section all the programs are separated by another <div id= block with a unique id.

Now, reading the documentation I did understand that the shows are scrubbed with the index_showsplit function, then the xmltv data are parsed from the data get with this operation locally (correct me if wrong).

I want to take, with the separator string method, the shows using the index_showsplit but how can I pass the 'channel' argument to fill the <div id="" section??
I tried few ways but with no luck, ex includeblock. In the doc is always implied that the shows have a separate page and the arguments to get them are passed with the url_index page.

I think there is little problem with this ini file (maybe some changes are made on site), when i try to download epg for Sky Bundesliga HD 1 it download only small part of epg from site.
Can somebody check this or try to download epg for this channel then see does it webgrab download all epg from site?
I'm using webgrab 53.15 version

 RAI5 title use Upper case...can please change to Capitalize..
