Hi,
I seem to have an interesting issue/problem when generating my channels.xml for zipcode 33130 - Miami Dade.
No matter which rig/IE/cookies export I use (after proper cleaning etc.) it never gets the correct local channels (which is what I need). Oh the irony.
Anyways, I i hit the JSON link in browser from which the exported cookies came from shows correct local channel: https://www.directv.com/json/channelschedule?channels=6 (Miami-FL-WTVJ-NBC-6-A3-HD-6).
However going through WG++ to get my channels.xml it always pulls (Parkersburg WSYX ABC 6 A3 HD (Virt) (ABC)) using the exported cookies.
Any idea what's going on, anyone care to check on their end and see if they are seeing the same thing?
Thanks I'll try with Chromium and see if that's the issue. Obviously it didn't work to download as my cookie is "bad". Care to share your cookies.txt for this pull? If not, no stress I'll give Chromium a whirl.
works like a charm. Your cookies has maybe double the lines my cookies file had.
unrelated, how easy/difficult would it be to get the showicon pulled from directv.com? It's a generic image which I prefer over nothing at all. Thoughts?
