New to WebGrabPlus. I has followed every step on the guideline, but the software is still telling me that the username is not found. I has tried my name in other formats such as "kenbun_02" or "kenbun02", but none of them were worked. The other thing strange is, it won't work if I asked to force update my profile. Is there any way to solve this?

did you add your email (the one you used to register on forum) ? also in your user profile you have license password to add to your config. Follow this config
