What ini's are encrypted and please explain me what I actually get with 5€ donation

How do I know which ini's are encrypted and which are not?

For example, here I clearly see this one is encrypted: Serbia --> epg.sbb.rs.EK.channels (EK = Encrypted-Key)

While here: Serbia --> tvarenasport.com.channels is not showing anywhere it's encrypted but it gives "encrypted SiteIni" error while running Grabbing process. It shouldn't be encrypted if it doesn't have "E" or "EK".

Now, what donation exactly gives me? I see that registered user has access to 3 SiteInis and 30 channels. Apparently I don't have access to a single SiteIni because they all give me "encrypted SiteIni".

Donator has access to 15 SiteInis? Which 15 SiteInis? Donator must specify which SitieInis he wants or WebGrab will automatically detect how many different SiteInis user put into Config with the max of 15 different SiteInis and max 250 channels combined?

It has changed during the past years. Explanation : initially E were for everyone, EK for donators. During latest version 3.1 it has been introduced a license and now there is no difference for siteini except you need to add a key for the EK in config. So now there is a mix of siteini with regular name, with E and with EK.
As donator (5 euro) you can run anything limited to 250 channels and 15 siteini, which is considered enough for private use.
Those channels/siteini can be increased by authors on request, see contact in forum. What basically a "donator" has to donate besides the 5 euro is extra channel / extra siteini, unlimited hardware id or those siteini multi country/difficult to make(there are 3-4 total Like mi.tv,movistar,Jio) all the rest can be run normally.

Oh, so now it's like this:

Regular: Might be encrypted (mostly yes),
E: Definitelly encrypted and it requires only Donating,
EK: Definitelly encrypted and it requires adding private Encryption key into Config as well as Donating? If I got it right, now I just need to know how and where to get EK? From that donators exclusive Forum thread?

So 5€ gives me ANY siteini with total of 250 channels? It can be either 1 siteini with 250 channels total or up to 15 siteini's with 250 channels total?

Would it be possible to get 30 siteinis + 125 channels or 20 siteinis and 200 channels? I think that this would be reasonable to ask for? Fair I shall say.

Once you donate you can access donator's forum and keys, like i said you can run all siteini except 3-4 that need an extra donation. You can run siteini with all info index and details and run postprocess rex or mdb.
For the calculation you mentioned you need to contact the authors, don't know much about, i know we talikng few euro to have more channels/siteini.

I think this answers my question.

As long as license is showing donor status : directv.ini does not require any tags for encryption. as it is just a sitename.ini. file or as you say regular .ini " directv.com.ini. In other words nothing needs to be inputed in the encryption line in the config file. Thanks for all the work you guys do on these. i couldnt begin to fathom the coding involved in a project like this.

Time ago we started wit.E.ini for siteini encrypted, .EK.ini for siteini with key to be added to config.
With time we recognized it was un-necessary to add key (and expiration dates) so we now trying to avoid and try to keep everything without key, just encrypted or clear.
Because of this changes the easiest way is to look at site.ini headers to understand if requires a key or not, as explained here:
